The personal data, including sensitive information, from our clients, suppliers, employees, job candidates, and/or third parties with whom JDK enters or intends to enter into any type of contract or legal relationship, will be collected solely for the purpose of providing our services, and collecting data to prevent and contain the SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) virus in case of visits to our facilities or in-person meetings with our team.

PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED AND ITS PROCESSING

As an exception, due to health conditions resulting from the SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) virus, we may collect current health and physiological information **only** when necessary to enter our facilities or have contact with team members, advisors, couriers, executives, or anyone involved in our company operations. This is to ensure health safety and comply with the human right to health and life under Articles 1 and 4 of the Mexican Constitution.

MINORS AND LEGALLY INCAPACITATED INDIVIDUALS

JDK is committed to the privacy of minors and legally incapacitated individuals; therefore, we do not intentionally collect or process their personal data without the express consent of their parents, guardians, or legal representatives.
